Race Nights
(please note that should you require us to visit your venue prior to the event a cost of £50 will be incured should the venue be more than ten miles from our office)
Race nights are a fantastic fundraiser and a great evening for everyone, there's nothing like a night at the races!
We can offer a package for fundraisers or corporate events and a kit is provided which contains everything you need to run a race night. Each kit includes all eight race films, a set of tote ticket tabulator forms and race cards. You can choose to run the tote yourself, or for an extra cost why not sit back and leave it to us?
We are happy to provide Horse racing, Flat jump racing, pig races, camel races, dog races and chariot.

Race Night Package for Fundraising events
The Kit consists of the following:
• Eight Horse Races (A selection of flat and hurdle races with eight horses running)
• One Auction race
• One to eight tote tickets, one for each horse in each of the eight races
• 1 tabulator form
• 100 race cards
• Operator/M.C.
• Tri-Cast Form and Dual Forecast Forms included
• Stand up Bingo 100 cards
All races are shown on video or DVD and all film cans are sealed. The kit comes with a ninth race and tote tickets at no extra charge, should you wish to use them.
Total cost of this package is £190 (10% discount for race nights booked Mon to Thurs), a deposit is required at the time of booking.

Why not treat your staff to an evening at the races? It's fun and exciting and we provide everything from the films to the money, we will also run your tote for you, leaving you to enjoy the evening.
Included in this package:

• One to eight tote tickets, one for each horse in each of the eight races

This evening is presented to you as a fun package and only fun money may be used during the event.
Packagea start from £400 a deposit is required at the time of booking.
All our Race Nights events conform to the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976 for which no license is required. Paul Boyce Entertainment have public liability cover to £1 million.
